Watsupath™ Training Institute is the the only training institute accredited in Spain to teach Watsu®, CranioSacral Therapy in Water™, Healing Dance®, Aichi®, Fire & Water®, Waterness Journey™, Aquatic Integration™ and Water Dance®, among other aquatic disciplines.
It was the first accredited institute of Watsu® in the world to be specialized in Aquatic Therapy managed by health practitioners, offering and crediting Watsu® trainings as well as other trainings in specific methods of intervention in Aquatic Therapy.
Watsupath™ TI was born to provide therapeutic tools to health professionals committed to the support and facilitation of people with disabilities and with different pathologies. It arises, therefore, with the objective of recognizing the value of Aquatic Therapy as a complete therapeutic entity, first option in some cases, and essential in many others.
Watsupath™ Training Program is present in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Hungary, Iceland, United States of America, Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and India, and is a reference in what Aquatic Therapy is concerned.
Watsupath-TCS in Agua™ is a trademark by Elisa Muñoz Blanco. Watsupath Training Institute™ and Elisa Muñoz Blanco are the owners of the Watsu® trademark in Spain.
Watsupath™ was created by Elisa Muñoz Blanco in 2007, after starting her Watsu® training in Asia. She developed a connection network that soon became a platform of communication between professionals, teachers and students, not only of Watsu® but of all disciplines of aquatic bodywork known in those days.
The term Watsupath™ was registered in July 2012 together with CranioSacral Therapy in Water™, as a trade mark for advertising, management and business administration, concerning the establishment of franchise business consulting services, sales, education, training, sports and cultural activities and medical services.
Watsupath™ Training Institute was created and added to the training institutes of the Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association in 2014.
