A clinical session with me is a therapeutic space carefully designed to accompany complex health processes from an integrative, in-depth, and respectful perspective, honoring the uniqueness of each person.
My work is grounded in understanding the person as a living system, in constant interaction between body, nervous system, emotions, relational history, and life context. From this perspective, the session does not focus solely on the symptom, but on creating the necessary conditions for the organism to reorganize, self-regulate, and regain adaptive capacity.
When indicated, the aquatic environment offers a particularly valuable setting for this accompaniment: it supports nervous system regulation, access to greater internal safety, and a contained bodily experience—especially relevant in processes involving trauma, illness, disability, or child development.
From this framework, each therapeutic process is understood as a relational process, in which the therapeutic alliance, safety, presence, and deep listening are as important as the techniques used.
There are no rigid protocols. The work continuously adapts to the person, their life moment, and the ongoing evolution of the therapeutic process.
My work integrates different areas of practice, which are combined in a personalized way within each therapeutic process.
Primary areas of focus
Other areas of intervention
These areas are not addressed in isolation, but integrated, in service of the person and their real needs.
Who This Approach Is For
This approach is intended for people seeking a therapeutic accompaniment that is deep, rigorous, and humane; for those navigating complex processes or looking for a space where their bodily and emotional experience can be understood without haste or simplification.
A clinical framework where relationship, time, and careful attention allow the therapeutic process to unfold in a safe and respectful way.
Located in the heart of Chamberí, Valle36 is a refuge of silence and calm. With more than 25 years of history, this center has witnessed countless healing processes. Its heated pool, maintained at a constant temperature of 32.5 °C, is ideally suited for the therapeutic setting of my Watsu® and CranioSacral Therapy in Water™ sessions as part of SuperShrinks™ Project in Madrid.
It is an intimate space filled with natural light, with large windows that open onto the garden during the warmer months, creating the illusion of floating outdoors in the middle of the city.
Baby- and family-adapted changing rooms, together with the garden areas, add an extra sense of serenity. The location is ideal, with excellent transport connections: metro (Guzmán el Bueno L6/L7, Metropolitano L6) and bus lines (2, 45, C1, C2), as well as regulated parking and adapted access.

Fundación San José Hospital is firmly committed to Aquatic Therapy as a therapeutic resource that provides significant health benefits. For this reason, its facilities have been available to us for more than fifteen years for my clinical aquatic physiotherapy sessions, as well as for the specialized training of healthcare professionals.
The Aquatic Therapy Unit is located on the ground floor of a newly constructed building specifically designed to ensure optimal conditions for this activity. It features a 100 m² therapeutic pool with a depth of 1.30 meters, with the water maintained at an average temperature of 32.5 °C. The unit also offers adapted access and changing rooms for people with reduced mobility and families, as well as auxiliary flotation equipment.
Set in a beautiful pine forest in Carabanchel Alto, the facility also provides free parking with direct access and an adapted ramp. Download directions here.

Sessions at Watsupath™ are individual clinical sessions that integrate bodywork, the nervous system, and emotional experience, primarily in an aquatic environment and, when needed, also on land.
The aquatic setting offers particularly supportive conditions for people experiencing pain, regulation difficulties, diverse disabilities, or special needs, as it helps reduce physical load, enhance body perception, and provide a safe and containing therapeutic environment.
Each session is adapted to the individual, their life context, and their specific needs. There is no fixed protocol: the therapeutic process is always personalized, respectful, and adjusted to each person’s unique situation.
Sessions may be individual, in couples, or with family members, and take place in a professional, calm, and carefully prepared setting.
During the session:
In the case of children and people with disabilities or special needs, the therapeutic approach is specifically adapted and may require a longer adjustment period, the presence of family members, or a more gradual therapeutic framework.
Sessions may be appropriate for people going through a wide range of situations, including:
They may also be suitable for people who do not have a specific diagnosis but feel that their body needs a different, more respectful, and deeper form of therapeutic support.
Sessions take place in Madrid, in carefully selected professional environments.
Currently, sessions are offered at Valle36, a calm and discreet center located in the city center, and at Fundación Instituto San José, where I continue to work with people with disabilities and complex needs within a specialized hospital setting.
The standard duration of a session is 60 minutes.
For children or people with special needs, session length may be adapted depending on the therapeutic process and individual requirements.
Before the first session, a prior contact is required in order to understand the situation and agree on the most appropriate way to begin.
Once the appointment is confirmed, payment is requested at least 72 hours in advance, allowing the therapeutic space, time, and session preparation to be properly reserved.
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made outside this timeframe cannot be refunded.
This policy helps protect therapeutic time and ensures responsible and respectful care for everyone.

Sessions at Watsupath™ are a clinical therapeutic accompaniment. They may also be experienced as a form of well-being, but they go beyond the recreational or superficial.
They are intended for people who wish to begin a deep, individualized care process, adapted to their reality and supported with time, attention, and commitment.
A therapeutic space where the body can feel held, accompanied, and respected in its uniqueness.
