The Waterness modality offers a gentle approach and perspective for aquatic care during pregnancy.

Pregnancy is a period of phenomenal metamorphosis where a very powerful evolution occur in women, at the physiological and mental levels.

Floating a pregnant woman means taking responsibility for her overall well- being. To maintain the protection and the comfort of the aquatic Being who shelters in the womb, the facilitator remains especially attentive to any physical or emotional challenge, common during pregnancy.

In many cases, contemporary mothers have to manage daily life, a job, sometimes a family: rare are the moments of relaxation and intimate connection. The many demands in our Western world often make difficult the necessary deep bond between a mother and her coming baby.

A session of TAdE help to establish or restore that connection diminishing tensions and unnecessary outside distractions, inviting the inner journey to (re)create coherence and fluid response to what is present within.

During TAdE training, we acquire integrative vision with active listening during the entry talk, soft and gentle touch and adapted pressure massage which release most common pains belonging to different stages of the pregnancy.

This modality can be applied for people with an overall load of tension and stress related symptoms. TAdE also adapts to elderly people who need to be quietly held and massaged with a specific focus on the hips, lumbar area and limbs work.

TAdE technique happens at the surface of water

Supported and held by the provider, the body of the receiver encounters a space of spontaneous movement, self-regulation to find new balance.
