CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY IN WATER™ · MODULE 1 (5 DAYS, 50 HOURS)
The human body has an extraordinary capacity to adapt, reorganize, and regain balance when provided with the right conditions.
Craniosacral Therapy in Water™ (CST in Water™) emerged from the integration of advanced aquatic therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, WATSU®, manual therapy, and fascial work. More than a technique or protocol, it provides a clinical framework for therapeutic support in which water, the therapist’s presence, and the body’s inherent intelligence collaborate to support the healing process.
Through a light, precise, and highly refined touch, combined with the mechanical, thermal, and sensory properties of the aquatic environment, this approach facilitates awareness of subtle physiological rhythms, expands body awareness, and supports processes of reorganization related to pain, adaptation, and overall health.
The Craniosacral Therapy in Water™ training journey guides participants through a progression from understanding individual structures to integrating the body as a unified and interconnected system.
In Module 1, we establish the foundations of listening and touch within the craniosacral and fascial systems, exploring the relationship between structure, function, stillness and movement.
In Module 2, we deepen our understanding of the body’s processes of regulation, adaptation, and internal communication, expanding the therapist’s ability to support the changes that emerge during a session.
In Module 3, we integrate a global perspective of the body as an interconnected system in which structure, fluids, breathing, expression, and awareness all participate in a shared process of reorganization toward health.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY
This training combines self-directed learning, pre-course preparation, intensive in-person practice, and post-course support, with the aim of optimizing time spent in the water and fostering a deeper integration of the course content.
Before the in-person training, participants will have access to the learning platform, where they will find audiovisual materials, selected readings, and preparatory activities designed to support the understanding of the course’s core concepts.
Completion of this previous work is a requirement for participation in the in-person training and ensures that shared time is primarily dedicated to the development of practical skills, clinical exploration, and direct supervision.
During the in-person course, participants will engage in a combination of theoretical lectures, demonstrations, guided practice, small group work, and clinical reflection sessions.
After the training, participants will retain access to the course materials and to the learning community, supporting the continuity of the educational process beyond the in-person experience.
