ABOUT THE CLASS

Jahara® Aquatic Therapy is rooted in the understanding of body structure and the unique physical properties of water. Founded by Mario Jahara in 1995, the method creates a gentle, tranquil, and supportive aquatic experience.

The main idea of Jahara® for Babies is relationship – creating peaceful moments of connection between parents/caregiver and baby through presence, softness, and gentle movement in warm water.

This introductory class focuses on the Jahara® concept of Support, allowing babies to feel secure, held, and free, while caregivers learn to be fully present in the water.
